Amendment provides additional capital and flexibility to meet customer needs
ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky., June 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Whiskey House of Kentucky, the most advanced custom whiskey distillery in the country, announced an amendment to its existing credit agreement among a syndicate of banks including Truist Bank as administrative agent along with U.S. Bank, First Horizon Bank, Rabobank, and CoBank. This announcement follows news of a new long-term partnership between Whiskey House of Kentucky and the Koetter Group to build 12 state-of-the-art rickhouses over the next six years, increasing the distillery's barrel storage capacity. The completion of the amendment provides Whiskey House further capital and increases flexibility in terms of accessing new sources of capital to support the company's growth. The additional capital will be utilized to enhance the company's value-added service capabilities to its customers including storage and aging services and to increase flexibility to meet customers' needs. All other key terms of the existing credit agreement, including pricing and amortization, remain unchanged. Whiskey House raised the 5-year, $115 million syndicated credit facility on July 19, 2024.

Since the start of operations on July 1, 2024, Whiskey House has produced more than 97,000 barrels, 56 unique mashbills, and 59 different recipes for its exclusive custom whiskey production customers. The 110,000 square foot distillery boasts a highly sophisticated manufacturing system that is fully automated and runs on proprietary software 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
